OUR PATIENTS ARE OUR PASSION
Patients are allowed to use one Groupon voucher Per Service Per Year, 12 months from the last Groupon redeemed. This includes Groupon vouchers purchased under different account names or gifted by friends/family. Unless directly specified on the voucher, repeatedly using a Groupon voucher more than once a year is a violation of the voucher's Fine Print. The Fine Print is a legally agreed upon set of behaviors that Groupon requires both Ponte Vedra Vein Institute as well as our patients to observe.
All refunds are administered by Groupon. Ponte Vedra Vein Institute has been instructed by Groupon not to refund customers.
As a customer, you have until the expiration date on your Groupon voucher to book your appointment with Ponte Vedra Vein Institute. After that date, you will owe the difference of the regular retail value of the service and the price that you paid towards your voucher. This money is owed to Ponte Vedra Vein Institute directly at the time of service. The voucher can only be applied towards the service that was originally purchased.
Groupon vouchers are subject to local taxes.
Patients who are ineligible to use a Groupon voucher at the time of service will be extended lowest price offered at the time. We will be happy to assist in canceling/refunding vouchers through Groupon.
